For email support, please send a problem description in English or German language to: support@muehlhaus.com
If possible, please include your simulation model or a screenshot showing the problem. If you send Sonnet models that have already been simulated, please send the models with results in *.zon file format. This format can be exported from the Sonnet xgeom editor: File > Export > Packed project
